Jimmy John's

We were a regular customer of this Jimmy John’s ordering subs once a week, which up to this point had always been great. On 5/11/22 we placed our usual order of two Italian subs, and what we got was a few pieces of meat, hardly any cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, no condiments. We put in a complaint which went to the corporate office. They responded that franchises are individually owned and they would pass this along to the owner. We have never gotten an apology or any refund for subs missing a lot of ingredients and that we paid full price for. The person who wrapped up these subs had to realize something was wrong and didn’t even care. And to not get a response back from our complaint is unacceptable. We have taken our business elsewhere!!

Staff is usually messing about, but they usually stop when they see someone walking in. I don’t mind that honestly. They are young and should be allowed to have fun at work. However if your cashier does not understand exactly what you want on your sandwich, he or she will without a doubt make their best guess and then it’s kind of anyones guess what you actually bite in to when you get home. Last time my sandwich was missing half of its meat and I could not tell you why. Regardless my wife loves this location and we come back relatively frequently and just ensure we properly communicate. Solid store overall.

This place is filthy. When there’s no blinds on the windows, you need to keep your store spotless. It’s not even in the acceptable range of cleanliness, The employees are like robots with absolutely no personalities. Today was the last time we will go there. The bread was old (definitely not made today) and the tuna was extremely salty. Brought it to the attention of an employee. He did his best to appear concerned, but I’m sure nothing went beyond that point. We started going there because we watched a documentary on the creator (Jimmy John) so felt inclined to patronize. Unfortunately he sold the company and it’s obviously not held to the same standards. Sad!

We may have found our newest favorite sandwich shop. It's always nice to have your regular "go to" places where you know exactly what to get bc you've eaten there so many times you've memorized the menu. Jimmy John's was not in our rotation but now it is. The Spicy East Coast sandwich is a great way to get acquainted. Or a Hunters Club. It will take several more visits to sample all the other possibilities, but it's really nice to have the "unsandwich" option available, with the lettuce wrap in lieu of bread, for those on a keto diet. Also, can't beat the prices for a regular size sandwich.
