Which Wich

I must say, the food was delicious! I had a new favorite sandwich. It was the Brunchwich. I love it! I was impressed with their attempts to provide Covid measures in the store. Especially wrapping the drink dispenser with plastic. We were still able to use it. Thank you for doing your best to keep us safe.

I ordered & paid online on a Sunday. I received a email confirmation with a time to pick up. When we arrived to pickup, there was a sign in the door that said they are closed on Sunday. When I called the next day for a refund, the manager said she’d text the boss. A week has gone by and I still don’t have a refund. I just called again and the manager said she’d text the boss again. So, no food, no refund, no explanation as to why you can order when they are closed! Avoid this place! Customer service is horrible!

Subs are my preferred fast food, but I just can't bring myself to be a fan of Which Wich. This location is no different than any other in that WW restaurants are always clean and well staffed. The folks behind the counter are not exactly friendly but are quick and consistent. They have a decent selection of sandwiches with some limited customizations allowed. Their food is good, but the value is just not there. Their sandwiches are on the small side with nothing particularly special about them, but come at the cost of a sit down, cooked meal at a typical chain restaurant. It's just not worth it.

Took some time for the person making the sandwiches to get the other person to take our order. Didn't get all the items ordered for sandwich so when I told them they gave me the extra ingredients in a cup. It was good after I made it. Then they started cleaning 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing, dragging a dirty rug past people eating. They could use a manager that understands customer service.

This is the second time going to this Which Wich; a third visit will not ever happen. For those of you out there that don't live and breathe in the hospitality world here are some tips: Make sure to give exact change to customers, change your gloves before and after handling food, dropping something on the floor and handling money, don't put other peoples orders in front of someone who ordered after they did, and for heaven's sake wear a damn hair net or hat. We don't want your hair in our food! Sincerely disappointed
