What a lovely addition to Georgetown! We loved our dining experience at this upscale restaurant inside the new Sheraton Hotel. Aaron, our waiter did a great job and was very knowledgeable.
Our entrees were delicious and well executed. Presentation was done well. The menu might need to be expanded, as some might think too limited. Every drink, appetizer, entree, sides and dessert we had, were done well. We will be back!
We loved it! Outstanding service, focused menu and great food and drinks! (Not sure why the Facebook site says it's permanently closed....)
Decided to try this place out for my BFF’s birthday lunch and was not disappointed! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the wine and the food! We tried a variety of things on the menu and really enjoyed the presentation, freshness and taste of the food. We had fried pickles, chips and queso, street tacos (both kinds) and the grilled Caesar salad that had REAL grilled romaine lettuce that had a WONDERFUL/ unique taste to it. We LOVED it! Our waitress, Carla was really sweet and attentive and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Located in the Sheraton Hotel in Georgetown, Brix and Ale offers some delicious modern takes on a few classics. The environment is great though can be a little loud depending on the number of people there, food is absolutely delicious, prices are reasonable, and staff friendly. Only issues I encountered was the server seemed overwhelmed and it showed a bit in their service, and the menu, though delicious, also felt very limited. If you are in town though, or don't mind a drive, and are looking for a decent place for dinner then go ahead and give this place a try.
Amazingly delicious food ... breakfast or lunch. Consistently excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful ... if a regular guest, they make an effort to know you and your preferences (above and beyond service and care). The environment is relaxing and comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor seating. I love being in this space and easily spend the whole day!
Brix and Ale was a great place to stop for some happy hour drinks and snacks. The restaurant is located within the Sheraton in Georgetown off Rivery. We had to eat outside because the Sheraton pumps some nasty Fabuloso-type smell throughout all their vents and it was headache inducing. The restaurant isn’t going to get less of a star because the hotel. The drinks were great at Brix and Ale and it was in a quiet part of the hotel at the bottom. Great patio seating.

I really loved the clean and luxurious atmosphere provided here. The food looked and tasted great and the service was excellent. I would definitely return. I didn't know till I arrived but it's inside of the Sheraton hotel.
