Freaking gross. sloppy sandwich, the one guy in the back wasn't wearing gloves and I literally seen him touch another customers food with his bare hands. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out and not have ate there. I bought a no.1 combo and the burger was the size of a kids meal burger.
They are slow af. I have been sitting out front in hot weather for 30 minutes waiting on 3 hamburgers while my drinks water down. MAYBE IF I ORDERED WHILE IN DOTHAN IT WOULD BE READY 10 MINUTES AFTER I GET THERE. I have watched multiple cars go through MacDonald drive through across the street.
Manager Cheryl and her team worked very hard to get the job done this morning! It was obvious the restaurant was working extremely under staffed but Cheryl was very encouraging to her team and very much a team player!! Our food and service was great. Thank you all for your hard work!
20 minutes on a drive thru order. Soggy and cold fries. Things were going fast next door at macdonald.
Don't waste your time with this Hardee's.
Foods good, but they don't listen and I'm not sure they even know what's supposed to come on what. Total lottery every time we order.
I paid over $20 for 2 burgers that had absolutely nothing on them & the fries were cold & hard, I'll never do that again!!!!
I am not a big hamburger eater. But I got a Hardee's cheeseburger and it was okay. My friend got the bacon burger and she loved it. We didn't have but $20 to spend and it was $17 and some change for the two burgers and two drinks.
