Chipotle Mexican Grill

I totally understand the negative reviews but the best I can say is, its just a bunch of high school kids doing their best. How many times have I ordered "double meat" on-line just to get home and go.... oh... ok, glad I paid extra for something you didn't give me. Its like, are the managers paying the kids commissions to not give as much food out or something? Why is it such a problem? Seriously, I am legitimately asking if they get more money if they have extra food to throw away at the end of the night. It sucks having to play the game of asking for meat, then when they slide it down the line ask for double meat because they already showed their hand. But when you pay an extra $4.00 you better keep that in check. Are the negative reviews true? Yes. Are you paying a bunch of high-schoolers to "do their best"? also Yes. Give them a break.

This location needs to suspend online ordering until they can figure out a system. I live right down the street and I have been using this location for a couple of years. Every time I order online it’s late, skimped on the food and extremely disorganized. When I try to go in and order in person I have to sit and watch my chicken rice and beans get ice cold as an infinite amount of mobile orders continue to cut in front of my food. You cannot go to this chipotle without there being an issue whether you order online or in person. Management needs to fix this location, as the employees are always flustered because they clearly do not have a system.

What is it very disturbing? Ubiquitous dirt around, tables scattered, sticky with everything. Various things are lying on the floor .... It's ugly and unpleasant to eat here. And I haven't seen such a lazy service in a long time. I don't know, maybe I got into a bad schift but it's unpleasant here.

I'm updating my previous review found below. The quality of the food has improved but the food quantity was not consistant from customer to customer. Chipotle always has a good menu and good food. The only inconsistencies between locations is char on the meats and spice levels. The char level was less than normal and the meats spice level was also. Overall the food was only good instead of its normal excellent quality. Odds are the next time I go to this location food quality will be back on track. Bottom line, love the food, hate the industrial decor.
