Dunkin'

Chloe is her name. Blonde hair, nose ring. I had a mobile order and a cold brew was 1 of the drinks on my order and so Chloe proceeds to tell me that their machine is down and would I like an iced coffee instead and i said I would rather have a refund and she said she didn't know how to do that and that it was either a drink or Nothing. Her whole tone was disrespectful. So I asked for a frozen coffee and she said that they just cleaned that machine and so I can't have that either and so guess what? I was forced to buy a $5.50 iced coffee that I didn't want. Perhaps I would have been alot more understanding and less concerned about the loss of money if her customer service was respectful and patient but there was a serious lack of understanding on her part to begin with which played in the huge domino effect of negative vibes from this place that influenced my experience. I'll probably not come back to this place because I value respect more than a wake up cold brew or chai latte. Chloe I hope u understand that you have the ability to make someone smile so please be kind to others. It takes more energy to be angry than to be happy. God Bless.

I ordered one drink, 3 donuts and a few wraps. All 3 donuts were wrong and the coffee was completely wrong. They told me one amount and it showed at the window then tried charging me a different amount and arguing with me over the difference. Almost every single time I go to this dunkin I have an issue with my drink or something I order.

I frequent this location often and over the past month or so the service has continuously gotten worse. There is no reason for them to have a sign saying that they are learning a new computer system for over two weeks at the drive thru and it should not take over 20 minutes to take and hand off an order at the drive thru when I was the third car in line. This has happened not once but pretty much every time I am at this location. They need to come up with a better system to better serve their customers.

Since last Fall....my two coffee order has been wrong..I take the coffees to work, just up the hill, always around 3 pm. Never can they get my order correct. A yet...the coffee taste is that of burned. Terrible. When the weather is beautiful...the car wash line is packed. To give the order and try and get through and around the corner is a nightmare!

This dunkin is continuously extremely slow. I only come here when I am desperate for a small snack. I always regret it. I hear they are inconsistent with food and drinks and they run out of donuts fast. If they have donuts later in the day they are hard and gross. Lakeville dunkin is always superior. Skip this location.

No consistency of quality, it has become difficult to get a good tasting, full coffee drink here. Last visit took more than 15 minutes to get two poor drinks. I threw mine out after about half gone. Counter people don't seem to know how to use the machine. For the price the drinks should be consistent quality and taste.
