Decent location, took a very long time to get 2 hot cocoa but they where good once they came! & they gave us a free one too. Only 4 stars because they forgot something Xtra I asked for & it took a very long time to get that as well, my food got a bit cold waiting for it. The server was very nice, the food was good. Pry would stop here again if in area.

I called ahead due to large number of us. They sat all of us together. Wait staff was amazing, to my knowledge no mistakes were made and there were 20 of us. They did a great job

Enjoyed a rare treat. Had a ribeye and was very satisfied. Cooked just as I asked and savored every bite. Great service! My wife and 8 year old son enjoyed our appetizers and their entrees as well.

Went for daughters birthday. We've gone 22 of the last 23 years. Amanda is developmentally disabled and loves Applebee's. Her steak was perfect. My burger was very good. Onoin rings were also very good. They have reinstated the singing which made her very happy.

My sister and I stopped for quick lunch. We were greeted by Crystal, and waited on by Kimberly. Everything was great. Went to leave and my car would not start. David from the kitchen tried to assist us without success, and the manager, Cassie, offered to allow me to leave my car in the parking lot. James offered us beverage while we waited for a tow truck. The customer service skills of these 5 employees was outstanding. Kudos to the Applebee's crew in Gaylord, Michigan

I like Applebee’s menu, and now they have M-T specials. I had their 6 Oz steak. It's the perfect size and fills me up.

Mother's Day and we were seated right away. We ordered drinks and those came fast. Our waitress Courtney was happy and friendly as she took our order. There was only a short wait and our food arrived hot. All of our dishes were delicious.
The atmosphere was lively and fun. The placed filled up quickly. We arrived about 4:40 pm. They had plenty of employees working.
I got the Tortilla Soup, yummy! I like spicy 😋.
The Tex-mex shrimp dish was absolutely fabulous too!

We visited the Gaylord restaurant for curbside pickup. The food was outstanding as usual. Broccoli chicken alfredo, chicken salad & onion rings which were the best i have ever had, super crunchy and the container was full!
The food is always packaged so well too.
