Love your food but get real with the condiments. Order a burger with ketchup only and your lucky to get a half a teaspoon and if you order a little extra you'll get a sloppy Gruver with a quart of ketchup all over everything. This has happened at several locations in several cities and states. We are not asking for a slop burger because we want a little more of something. Why do you do this ? I like ketchup on my burger not a half teaspoon and not a half gallon. PLEASE !

I have to say, the food was delicious and the employees were very friendly. Even the other diners were very friendly. Even as we were leaving the cashier up front told us to have a nice day. Was a nice break from the places I have been lately with such rude customer service. Thank you to all of you. Great job!!

Dude, Culvers just rocks. This place is always a favorite if you're in the mood for fast food that doesn't taste like fast food.
There's a little old lady who works in there in the Gaylord store, clearing tables who just had us cracking up. She was an absolute gem. Short gray hair with glasses, wish we could remember her name, but what a sweet little fire cracker, she made me and my wife literally feel like family.
THAT'S the attention Culver's gives you. Amazing food (I can't get past the mushroom and Swiss lol), but they are the sweetest people as well.

Spouse needed gluten free and saw posts that they offered it. When asked, the cashier and manager were super helpful. Provided allergen pamphlet, marked allergy on receipt. Bun even comes in separate wrapper. Food was all good. Best service was at this fast food place that most dine in restaurants!

They were extremely busy, I almost left, but food was brought out very quickly. The restroom was out a paper towel and was filled immediately. Very impressive considering how busy they were.

We like the Gaylord Culver's because there's lots of RV parking nextdoor. Plus, while traveling it's a beautiful place to stop for a break. It is well-managed and the food is vy good. A pleasant quick stop on our way to our destination.
