Jersey Mike's Subs

I would like to commend the entire staff at this location for their services on March 30, 2022. I went during a lunch rush on a day where they were very busy due to a promotion that they were running. While my wait was longer than expected, the professionalism shown by these folks during this extremely busy and stressful day was amazing. They handled the lunch rush with such ease and professionalism that you do not see very often anymore. To top it off, the sandwich still came out amazing and warm. Shout out to these people!

Just plain terrible service. Three guys standing around not doing and can’t even get the order right. And then give me an attitude because I was upset because it’s wrong The manager was terrible. He’s the one with the biggest attitude although he was the only one apologizing for the mistake. I will never be back but they don’t care The new customer service they don’t care about you. Just reading some more bad reviews that I see I’m not the other one that thinks their attitudes are terrible . I could agree more the worst service I’ve ever gotten a jersey mikes ever!!!!!!!

I went there for a interview. Didn't like the way I waited for almost a hour and some change just to be seen and when one of the managers finally came over they talked about a employee badly that was already working and asked me to join the team. Other then that. Hospitality needs work but the sandwiches are pretty dang good

I don’t normally go to this location but I was really in the mood for a sub. I had a horrible day at work Friday and all I wanted was this sandwich and to go home and cry. I walked in and I was greeted by this employee who was so enthusiastic. I got an Italian mikes way and Hayden was an absolute delight. He was very kind and energetic. I wasn’t in the mood for small talk but it was just how sweet he was. I got the best customer service by Hayden!! I know you can’t request a sandwich artist but if you are ever in this jersey mikes know that you will receive the best customer service and the most delicious sandwich. This whole experience turned my day around. If Hayden isn’t training your other employees that must be changed soon! Give this man a raise!

UPDATE 7/20/22 Let's try this again. Fine tasting wrap but, is it getting smaller? Shrinkflation? Yes the price isn't bad but less ain't more. Would you hand your family members a mini wrap? Dang fellows! When you hand someone a bag of five subs to go, can't you label them? We drove 4 miles to deliver a sub and it was wrong. What did you think we were going to unwrap each one and inspect while driving to our destinations.

I had a catering job that they completed. They did run late but it was because they were so busy. The team handled all of their orders and the in line customers kindly and at a fast pace. They were truly apologetic but I was grateful for how well their team handled themselves under pressure and it was a testament to their character and customer service that they were delivering so well under pressure. My order was perfect. No mistakes.
