I guess this place does not want any business. Called and made an appointment to meet at 5 pm to discuss a cake for My son’s Eagle Scout Court of Honor. We were running a couple of minutes late and called to let them know. The lady that answered acted like she had no idea about the appointment the had been made the day before. We arrived at 5:05 and walked in, the lady asked if if we had any ideas. We discussed flavors of cake and fillings for about a minute. Then it was to decorations. We showed her a picture, she said that they did not do fondant and seemed unwilling to discuss alternatives. She said the cake would be too expensive even though we never discussed a budget. Less than five minutes in the store and we were rushed out of the door. We were disappointed to say the least.

I went to assist with getting a graduation cake for my cousin and was told they accept cash only. They never told my aunt or her husband when they inquired the previous week. I informed him there should be a sign or something so customers know ahead of time. He proceeded to tell me and my aunt I talk to much and that he doesn't need any business. Worst service ever!

The people here are very unfriendly and seem to put more time into trying to be mean than into the making of there cakes. I have tried to give them my business twice now and both time I when there, it seemed that no one was their. After waiting for a few minutes a short older man walks from the back a asks me what I wanted, not how can I help you of anything like that. I ask him about a cake and he stated that he is really busy and for me to come back in a few hours. A another time I called them and a woman answered the phone. I ask her about a cake. It took me a while to get her to understand what I was trying to say but after she finally did she told me she would take my number and would call me back and not to call her that she would call me, that was 2 weeks ago.
