Denny's

I haven’t been to Denny’s in years because of the customer service, but decided to give it another shot and I’m glad I did. Although our waitress was extremely business, she always made sure to tend to us and make sure we were taken care if with a SMILE 🙂 on her face the entire time. 💯 She never complained or made excuses about being busy, she communicated well and it made our visit very enjoyable. Not to mention the food was great and our orders came out exactly as we asked for them.😋 I also love their new coffee mugs! ☕️ We’ll definitely be back and I will ask for her again. I wish I knew her name but I can’t remember it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Great job Denny’s! 👍🏼 Your back! 🤗

I went here last night around 9:30pm and the doors were locked. There were people inside eating. There was also a guy who literally walked in right before we tried to to eat. We saw a lady in the kitchen cooking and dropping food. We knocked on the door and she waved her hands to say we're closed. On their website it said they closed at 12am. I will be reaching out to corporate on this one.

I love coming here for the grits, Super Bird sandwich and spaghetti! Those are all great dishes to get. The French toast isn’t bad either. I always try to come on my birthday because you get a free grand slam. The service is always good at this location and the servers are friendly. The food is good too.

Service was the worst i have ever had or seen. Slow and just was no concern for customers. Food was cold to warm and the waitress acted like that was normal and ok. Paid my bill in full and the 5 dollar tip i left was being overly generous. Spoke to manager and he just doesnt care that a customer had lousy service.

I wouldn't recommend it here. Our server sat us ay a table she hadn't yet cleaned. Then didn't offer to move us. Our food was late because she spent so much time getting drinks but not bringing food out. Short staffed. Ugly. Booth seats were messed up and uncomfortable. Staff looked dead inside. Depressing atmosphere.

To be honest I love this Dennys. Went for breakfast "BUT" my experience was probably more common than ever said or told....ordered my eggs,🍳 🍴 bacon and pancakes. After giving some of my pancakes to my roommate, I went to take a bite and YES OMJ A LONG DARK HAIR COOKED IN THE PANCAKES. Called the waiter over whom was very polite and apologetic. He took them back after seeing the hair 😵😲....Wow how could that happen he said? I laughed and said well not mine (My hair is Reddish/Blonde my roommate Gray and the waiter bald on top buttttt dark hair on the sides. I wasn't offered ANY TYPE OF REFUND NOTHING...Oh he did try and bring me a new stack of pancakes I cordially said NO! Finished coffee paid a bill over $25.00 and even left a nice tip 💵. Again its a nice Dennys and I know this happens But a suggestion of a refund or a complimentary meal would of suffice. That's why 3 🌟🌟🌟's. The service and coffee was A+. Oh took left overs home to my dog 🐕.....made sure NO OTHER HAIRS....HECK ROOMMATE ORDERED THE T-BONE STEAK N EGGS 🍳🍴💵💵💵....... ***REPLIED BACK TO DENNYS SEVERAL DAYS AGO PER INSTRUCTED! NO REPLY AS OF DATE JANUARY 31, 2019*** ***February 11, 2019*** Still NO REPLY FROM ANYBODY FROM DENNYS CONCERNING MY VISIT.*** And they sent request for me to reply """"NOTHING""" 🍴👎
