Lived in Texas 12 years and never had whataburger. Got it and was a little pricey but the bun made it worth it. The softest bun I have ever had with a burger. Oh yeah, the burger was OK to.

My son and I came to this Whataburger drive thru at 1:20 am on Wednesday May 8,2022. There was no line(which never happens)The young lady that worked the window was very patient and kind(I didn’t get her name). Our food was freshly made and hot. It was definitely our best experience at this location. Keep up the amazing job!!!!

I ordered two bacon breakfast platters with a side of gravy on each order and when I got home there was no gravy what makes that so terrible is the biscuit is so hard it's like a Hockey puck. I spent $14 breakfasts. Soon as I got home I called back to report the problem it rang and rang and rang and rang nobody answered and I got a message saying nobody is there to take my call so I called again same thing no answer. So not only did I only get home with about $10 worth of food they also wouldnt take my call for my complaint. Thank you Whataburger for wasting my $14 and not answering my phone call

Haven't been to Whataburger in some time, but it is still just as good as I remember. Whenever company comes to town, they always want to go to Whataburger. It is made hot and fresh every time.

My experience was not good they didn't fix my burger the way I ordered it. But I called back the next day and spoke with the manager Emily and her customer service was excellent she made it right and because of her I will visit that Whataburger again. Thanks to Emily!

I don’t know who the tall guy that was in there today. He seemed like he was the one running the place but he’s has GOT it together and is on top of everything. I felt like I was at Chick-fil-A cause the service was so good.

It took a while to get our order while others coming in after us were in & out. Went to see Mgr about our order...our order was found...and finally receieved our meal. Mgr was apologetic and offered to make things right. Nothing like a What a Burger. Thank you!

Worst service… had to wait for over 30 minutes for two combos… I was asked a couple of times what did I order? Workers were all bunched up and not working including the manager… finally gave me my order and couldn’t even apologize for the wait or say thank you!
