Burger King

They werent busy at all only 2 people in drive thru and no one on the inside i ordered a double whopper with bacon and cheese and got a single whopper with bacon and cheese it was like they either didnt know what a double was or couldnt read the order. However i let bueger king know and they gave me credit for the mess up so that alone isnt enough to get 3 stars with everything else that this building did on messing up with how slow they were cause i see it as your slow not busy you shouldnt be messing up any order at all

My husband brought us dinner on Saturday February 5 and Whoppers was cold and dry and not fresh and the fries was not hot . I was very disappointed. I called to inform them about the food no one answered. I will not go back to burger again . What I don’t understand why would they serve you old food that been sitting for awhile. This is a new location.

I've been here 4 times. Every time I've had to go back in for forgotten items. There should be compensation for this and there never is. The guy also tore off my part of the receipt for the review.. oh and the tacos had no lettuce.. UPDATE: Just wanna say I've been back twice and still never had a correct order. With no receipts given those times.

Sergio (assistant manager?) Refused to honor my tmobile deal from them. This is the only way I could afford dinner tonight. I asked him multiple times if there was anything he could do but he refused to even try anything and was rude about it. Left the store crying. He'd rather someone go hungry than honor the deal. Won't come back to this store ever and ruined Burger King as a company entirely for me.
