I've lived in this area for a year and used to go to this sonic 2-3 times a month until I eventually got fed up. I only got my order right if it was under four food items! That didn't ensure I would always get it correct either. This is the worst Sonic Drive In I've ever been to. Ordering corn dogs turned into a twenty minute debate over how many corn dogs I asked for. It took three employees to get me 10 corn dogs, and they only really gave me nine, on top of not giving me my change back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Sonic Drive-In. Otherwise you might find yourself waiting longer than you anticipated because you have to fix the order they messed up.

Bad customer service, no smiles just "hurry up and go away" looks. Gravy is so watered down it doesn't even taste like anything and is the same consistency as my drink. They never put enough flavor in the drinks and my onion rings are usually burned

avoid this place!! sloooow service, no corn dogs, no half priced shakes after 8pm.... (it's STILL summer) this is bullshit!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Horrible, nasty, orders never right. Have tried here several times just because it's close to the house but the service is so unprofessional. You would think the owner would change things around.

Showed up to get dinner at 9 pm to get dinner. Waste of gas and waste of time. Your time of closing says 11pm. False advertising. If i could i would give 0 stars.

I lived in garland for 40 yes and eaten at this sonic on miller so many times . seen employees come and go .food always good may wrong order sometimes but good
