Starbucks

06/04/22: This location has been recently remodeled. It’s typically busy, but service is always nice. I typically don’t go do the drive thru and go inside to make an order/pick up my mobile order. Friendly staff and fast service is what happens at this Starbucks location. My drinks are made right and food is good for what it is. Location is typically always busy in the mornings, so expect to wait in the drive thru if you choose that option. Mobile and in person ordering is much faster when this location is busy.

Ordered my drink with an extra splash of oatmilk. Asked the man at the window if I could get a bit more . He said he’d have to charge me a total of 7.12 to make it a latte and that’s the only amount of milk he could give me for the espresso shots . All other locations even outside of TX have never handed me a cup like this.

I arrived to this location 1:25 pm and waited 25 minutes to order. I arrived to the speaker to place my order and waited about 15-20 more minutes to get to the window to only get told that they are having issues with the credit card reader and are only taking cash. I understand that things happen but if they knew they were already having issues with the credit card machine, it would have been nice to been told when I was placing my order so I didn’t wait the extra time. Instead they told me there was nothing they could do unless I had cash. I had to leave my drinks behind to go get cash out at the Bank because I had promised my family drinks and this is the only Starbucks location near me.

I visited 3 days ago and it seemed to take 3 days to get through the line. At least my coffee was hot. My friend tells me she has to ask them to heat her coffee up. I'm not sure if everybody's drinking iced coffee these days but for whatever reason the coffee is always lukewarm which is a big disappointment for the price that you're paying. Please keep the hot coffee hot. The plus is all the staff is friendly and the coffee is usually good.

My favorite stop on the drive to work! I have only done mobile orders with this location and the service is super fast. And every one there in the mornings are great! I've never had a morning where they didn't greet me when I walk in or wish me a good day as I left, and I'm only inside for a few seconds to grab my drink.

I typically order from this location and it’s honestly hit or miss if the coffee/drinks will be decent. Coffee will sometimes taste burned and if you order a drink with coconut milk don’t expect much of the milk. Today was a new experience though, they had a power outage due to a storm last night that knocked out their ovens (totally understand and no one to blame) so the hot breakfast food items were not available for purchase. Apparently all bakery items were marked as not available for purchase,who knew you can’t eat baked goods without them being warm?! The inability of the staff being able to differentiate between an item that requires heating and a pre baked item that is ready for consumption without heating prior had me not spending my money. This also reminded me on why I stopped going to this location
