Taco Bell

For years now living near this Taco Bell I've tried very hard not to post a negative review but I just can't hold it back anymore something needs to change. To the fact that their card machines rarely ever work. Supplies not being in stock on mainstay items. And the fact that I can't pull up to their drive-thru look at the menu that apparently is never updated to show items that y'all are currently still selling. Please update your signage, stock your restaurant, and update your point of sale system.

I ordered two steak bowls, Once I left I realize they were both chicken and they were both completely wrong. I called the location to advise him that I got my order wrong and ask for a refund. I spoke with the” manager in charge “ She advised me she couldn’t give me a refund and then when I ask for her name she hung up in my face! Horrible customer service especially from a supervisor 🤦🏽

I just got dinner from here and it was awful. I ordered online and when I got up to the window they said they were outta the fries and that they couldn't edit order. So how was i supposed to get my money back? Well they were just going to give us cinnamon twists or chips and cheese. We didn't want the twists we wanted an extra chips and cheese but they gave us the twists anyway. They were rude and didn't seem very happy to be there. When I got home with my order it was cold, tacos were wrong. Substituted 2 for chicken, there was hardly any chicken, if your going to pay 80 cents to sub then shouldn't u actually get chicken? Won't be going to this taco bell again

Drive thru Sign was very hard to read since it was posted on top of old sign and off set then someone came on loud speaker sniffling before pulling up to see to what seem to be older Hispanic ladies who made eye contact and continued to walk out at about 9:39 maybe they closed early but no one said anything just rude rude rude

As someone who cannot eat beef, we order chicken. They gave us beef, refused to answer the phone, did NOT give us a reciept to even leave a survey. There were a lot of employees there and it was not busy. The night shift tonight is extremely lazy and doesn't want to deal with 'difficult customers' most likely. I am on my 8th attempt in a row to reach this location. We cannot bring this meat in the house and we are upset. We don't even know if we got upcharged for the chicken because no reciept. We want a refund but probably won't get it.
