We ate here earlier this week and everything was great. We ordered Togo tonight and I ordered grilled shrimp tacos. I asked to please substitute the rice and beans for veggies. This place has good size portions but I'm so sad this is what I got for $14. Guys you have great food! Why did you do me like this? :(

Every thumb i have: up! Comfy casual place. Get a basket or po boy! Staff was helpful, decor is silly and sweet. Wish the breading had more spices in it or they offered more sauce options than just ketchup and tarter... but otherwise perfect fried fish

The food is always fresh and delicious! I always have to sit down at one of the huge bench tables in the back room to say hello to my late brother in law Kevin, who is holding a humongous catfish in his arms. Stop by and say hello to him next time you dine in 🤗

Maybe I caught a bad batch of catfish and shrimp today. It literally has no taste at all. It Needs serious seasoning, so I’m leaving it here.
The restaurant is pretty chill though. The taste of the food is very disappointing.

This is by far the worst fish and shrimp I've ever had. It taste like it was fried in old grease. It's too much cornmeal on it and has no seasoning. I wanted to try something new and wasted my money. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. If I didn't order this through doordash I'd ask for a refund.

As always - Super delicious. Got the 4 catfish basket. It was very good. I was so hungry that I didn’t take a picture of the catfish, but they were delicious!

Excellent grilled trout! Had beans & rice plus new potatoes. My friend had wonderful fried catfish with new potatoes. Both always enjoy going to the Garland location. Friendly staff and very clean restaurant. Prices are exceptionally reasonable.
