Mobile order for drive thru: Looks like they don't prep the order until you pull up. Food is fresher this way, I guess, but it took a while today. I love customizing my burger with extras. I like that they give Simply Heinz ketchup (no corn syrup). Be sure to check your order, including sauces, before you drive off.

Very rude when asking for extra napkins, ketchup and sauces even if paid for it. Whopper buns are always stale and very terrible on taking orders in English.
