Had an amazing time with family We had Destiny as a server and Joshua as a helper for our party, we had such an amazing time. Katrina, the manager made sure she went above and beyond to make sure that this party came out to be the best after messing things up. on my reservations I really thought we were going to be without a party but they went ahead and put things together. They were able to arrange a party for my daughter, which had to of been the most amazing is feeling and stress off my back because the mistake was on my part. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody not because of what they did for me and my daughter but because my kids had such an amazing time atmosphere was great. All the games were very clean environment and the salad bar was one of the best.

I love coming to this Chuck E Cheese! My son is a HUGE Chuck E Cheese fan, and recently we started coming to this location exclusively. We actually come here every week, and travel a distance to get here, but it's worth it! The food is prepared fast and the pizza always comes out perfect. The games are all fairly new and rarely break down, and if it does, the technician is right there to fix it. The place is newly renovated so it's very clean, and nice!. The staff is SUPER friendly, and Chuck E comes out hourly to greet the kids, even if there is only one kid in the whole restaurant! I love this place!

This review is for the birthday event we had because the link to the survey doesn’t work. Karina was our host that morning and she did a superb job at taking care of our group. Karina and the rest of the staff members take great pride in what they do and it shows. They answered our questions, kept the place very clean, were professional, attentive, organized, and friendly. I’d give our host a 10 out of 10. This was our first time having a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese’s and it was one of the best kids birthday parties I’ve ever been to. Would highly recommend this place. We will visit more regularly because my kids have a blast every single time we visit. Our guests have made compliments that this Garden Grove location is much cleaner and bigger than the ones they’ve been to. The pizzas and appetizer samplers were also pretty good! Also, I used to visit this location 20-30 years ago as a kid and this place has gotten so much better in all aspects from what I remember. Thank you, Karina and Team, for making this a fun and pleasant experience for our family and guests!
