Definitely go for the steak options , especially the Shaken Beef or the sizzling Ribeye steak plate! Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. The garlic butter filet mignon is by far the best (better than the pepper). The lamb chop was also well done. The gà rô ti sauce was good, although the chicken was a little dry. Overall very cozy and a good experience.
They add easy to find because the plaza is right next to the gas station from the street. I consider this place is like my little hidden gem because their food is amazing. The service here is very friendly and food comes out real quick which makes it a perfect place to go to in you're in a rush. Unf
Walking into Khoi Hung Restaurant, your nose will prepare you. This food is good! The most common order is the Ribeye steak serve sizzling with garlic and onion and butter melting allover. This is one of the rare places you can eat goat curry with a baby bagette. Our family affectionately calls Khoi
This is the only vietnamese restaurant where you can find other types of fishes beside salmon. You also have a choice how you want your fish to be prepared, well done or medium. For me the worse you can do to a piece of steak or fish is to overcook it. Here you have a choice. Thanks a lot Khoi Hung.
Good cheap eats!! Get the sizzling filet platter or the sizzling lamb. You can get garlic or black peppercorn flavored. Comes with a salad and your choice of red rice or fries. Both are very tasty!
Great Food, Great Service. I enjoyed the most expensive item on the menu, The Lamb. The Lamb tasted great with the sauce.

Filtet Mignon sizzling platter is where its at. Whenever we are in SoCal we make a point to stop here. Just came back from our 2nd visit.
Great French-Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster. Not too flashy, delicious food and ample portions.
Make sure to order their FRIED CHICKEN WITH CHEF'S SPECIAL SAUCE or their FILET MIGNON with garlic butter. Their macaroni is a good side dish as well.
The lamb chops with garlic butter sauce is so delicious. I ordered it with french fries which is very satisfying. However, if they can give more salads it would be a perfect meal. The price is very reasonable. Their service is great.
Food is delicious, I drive 2 hours from San Diego to eat here. I love their many steak dishes. Although few their appetizers have never disappointed. If I had any gripes it's that they take cash only and there's no ac or its never on so it gets a little warm.

Favorite things here: Lamb chops on a sizzling skillet with garlic herb butter. Fried quail with fried triangle pieces of sticky rice. Deer curry with bread.
Very friendly service that's almost nonexistent at Asian restaurants. Very casual, low key, laid back atmosphere.
