I've been pretty disappointed with El Pollo loco. The food is great the portions seem to get a little bit smaller with "shrinkflation" going on, but what frustrates me the most is their prices keep going up and they're not doing anything to make up for the high prices. I give them a three only because the prices are impeding. I only go there when they have coupons.

The staff is incredibly nice. Unfortunately, they were really busy and took a long time to get my order done and it ended up wrong. I was a little disappointed. The food is always good and now you can buy bottles of Magic Sauce!

Friendly stuff! Went yesterday around 5pm and I was glad to see how I was welcomed in this location and how fast and precise my order was. The food was good and they're wasn't a long wait to both offer and get our food. The place itself is in need of a renovation. The bathrooms were equally in need of an upgrade.
