Review Caffe Luciano’s - Garden City

Very limited menu compared to sister restaurant Lucianos. Wonderful salads! Ricotta pretty salty. Located on the river and walkways/trails. Clean and friendly service.

Such a cute place. We had some coffee and tried the charcuterie board and the baked brie. Our waitress was super helpful and funny. I can't wait to go back in the summer and hang out on the patio.

Took an hour and half to get a freaking appetizer and there was no mention of how long it took except that the kitchen was backed up…. Apparently not long enough to get the three other tables around us two rounds of drinks and their entrees. Better off going to another place. Do not recommend.

Caffè Luciano's is a charming little place overlooking the Boise River. Good menu selection, quick service, and friendly staff. When the outdoor seating opens up with the warmer weather their seating should at least double. We had a fun time at the Trivia Night on a Thursday. The one star ding was for lack of convenient car parking. But being right on the Greenbelt makes it a good bike destination.

Excellent food and friendly service right along the bicycle trail.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The salmon sandwich was delicious! So much flavor. What a great little quaint spot on the river!

Got the zucchini sandwich and it was delicious. Staff was super chill and friendly. Had a couple of good ciders too. It's like a secret fresh Lucianos with a different, more cafe-style, menu.

Walked in Friday evening, the hostess sat us at the bar at our request. We were there for 10 minutes talking amongst ourselves wondering how long it would take to get a drink. There were about 10 customers in the entire place, inside and outside so it wasnt busy. There was some employees behind the bar, 10 feet from us. I kept making eye contact, as a hint, we were ready for a drink. Noting, he kept cleaning and sorting wine glasses. Two other waitresses were hanging out talking, they didn't give one rip! So at 15 minutes we just walked out. Funny how the wine bar, thats a 2 minute walk away was packed, and this place is not. Ive heard they had bad service from a friend, but figured we would give it a try, never again! Don't waste your time!

Rebecca & Debbie rocked the patio with their talent! The food was perfect, the wait staff happy and professional! We waited 45 mins to get a table on the patio, but it was worth every minute! The only “snag” in the entire evening was the young hostess’s stressed out bad attitude. She was rude to several customers. Everyone and everything else was awesome!!! We will be back again and again and I’ve told all my friends!!!

We ordered a couple salads along with a couple starters that’s all we were ordering. That was going to be our afternoon lunch. We were brought our starters no salad by the time we’re finished with our starters they thought they bring the salad out, saying that they had timers in the back showing when they should bring the food out. We didn’t order any other food or any entrées what were we waiting for after our salads? After we finished our appetizers who’s a little late for salads and we said forget it, by the way they were two house salads nothing custom-made. We were told we had to pay for the salads, Even though we didn’t eat them. Our waitress forgot to bring the food and then figured she just cover it by saying “oh we got your salad is ready” now. We preferred just to pay the bill , Including the salads that we didn’t eat, and leave the salads there and get the hell out of there! We had to pay for the salads whether we took them with us or not. We paid the bill including the salads left the salads and left the place. if there was a way to make this a “zero” star we would. And we will be crossing them off our list. That’s too bad because actually the food was pretty darn good.

Along the Greenbelt in Garden City this gem is well worth looking for. Great selection of appetizers, panni's, pizza, and a great view of the river. Good times!!

Perfect little stop on the Greenbelt, just across the Iron Bridge in Ester Simplot Park. The food is great , the bar is open and the staff is extremely kind. If you haven’t stopped in, ride your bike to this fabulous restaurant. You will not be disappointed! I love sitting on the patio , watching the Boise River and enjoying my friends ❤️

Food was nothing special. Worse, a server...not ours...while walking past Linda, swung her long, unattended hair over Linda’s shoulder. Additionally, I watched her put on lip balm with her finger just prior to bringing our food, and without washing her hands.

Are you kidding me? Excellent menu...our pork belly special blew us away! Quaint and fresh. Perfect service (thank you Robert & Andrea). Comfortable and fun. Thank you for moving to our hood - we will be back again and again �

This is a place I could hang out at for hours... on the river, shaded, drinking wine. Bruschetta was great, the grilled salmon was perfect. Nice atmosphere.

This is a very nice restaurant/caffe. We're huge fans of the original Luciano's and the new Caffe is equally amazing. Out next adventure will include breakfast after an energizing walk on the Greenbelt. We're looking forward to it. I'd highly recommend Caffe Luciano's. Cheers!!

Caffe Luciano’s is fantastic. Bev did an outstanding job developing this restaurant. The location is wonderful. I can’t wait to sit on the patio. Breakfast was delicious.

Great food. Great beer. Great service. Too bad the place was built so small it will always be too full in the summer. Plan on make it a regular stop on our bike rides.

A completely different menu then it's parents place, but with the same high quality of service and food. You can't go wrong here! A winner from the day it opens!
