The people are very friendly the food is good and I have a great manager
Just stopped by for dinner. The food was wonderful, the lady who checked us out was very friendly. The tables were dirty and we had to wipe one off. However my biggest problem was that the restaurant does not accept cash, they only take cards. I do not use credit cards and I am leary about using my debit card. We are here on vacation and we have run into this issue at several places. It definitely make think twice before coming back to Galveston.

Woman's restroom was very clean and decorated nicely. The restroom signs were pretty cute, too. Very Schlotzsky's appropriate!!
Very helpful people. If you are having trouble picking the appropriate size or meat, they'll tell you how others have enjoyed something on their menu.
Good food, good service, only downfall was ice machine was broken and only got ice when we asked if they had any in the back, which they did and gave us a cup of ice.
Visit: 10/05/2022 - after a long drive and a fun time at the beach, we settled on getting a Schlotzsky's Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich before heading back home. We like to think that chain restaurants are consistently the same from location to location. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Or, in this case, Fortunately!
Besides being my favorite sandwich, I also like Schlotzsky's as a brand. I've had some questionable experiences where the sandwich was just thrown together, too much sauce, missing ingredients...
This Turkey Bacon Ranch tho....was absolutely spot on! Every bite was as delicious as the previous and so satisfying that I wanted a nap right after finishing.
The girl at the front was very friendly and seemed quite happy. It's always nice to be greeted by a friendly face and she did a good job of making sure she got my order correct.
Exceptional service, exceptional quality, exceptional product.

Service and food were great, I went through the drive thru, so I'm not sure if the inside was clean, 🤷♂️
We really enjoyed our lunch at the Galveston Schlotskys. It was so good.
I can't say enough about the eating establishment. I always get the medium roast beef and cheese sandwich with jalapeños, mayo and Chipotle sauce on jalapeños cheese bread. It is so good to the eat at this place of business. My firstime here.
This place is nice and cozy, in good location right across Stewart beach Galveston, this place has nice outside patio with ocean view, love it.
Food was amazing, the woman working the counter not so much. Very rude, she did not greet us and did not even respond when I told her thank you. The only then she said was what kind of chips and I ordered more after I ate my sandwich still did not respond in anyway. Had she have been nicer I would have rated five stars.

3.4 stars is wrong for their rating. Sergio is probably the best manager I’ve seen running a fast food restaurant. Called in my order, paid, drove around while the pizza was is in oven and they walked it out to me.

Food was very good, there was only one server/order taker....seemed like the guy was running the whole restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the service and the food was very good. I just hope the employee is getting paid very well to do "all" of the work!!
