The young man who took my order was the nicest I have ever come across at any McDonald's, wish I had asked his name. He was the epitome of service with a smile and a great ending to my first trip to Galveston.

We had to wait am extended amount of time at the counter while employees stood around. The food was fresh and good.
The adult happy meals were awesome! I felt like the crew wasn't super friendly but they were very busy. It sounded like chaos and disarray in the kitchen; almost as if they were arguing, but they got my order right. The parking & Drive-thru area is very cramped. I will likely go to this McDonald's again.

Very good food and love that there is space for introverts
The employees there work extremely hard... This has to be the best McDonald's I ever been too.... No lie.... The service is fast, the employees are very friendly and helpful and the food is extremely fresh 😊

You can pretty much rely on the same quality good at any store. The new and upgraded stores have gone more to having the customers order their own food, that can be a little confusing at times
Traveling thur on vacation. But I did a online order and got there it was so busy, but my food was right and hot. Good job. My home town can never do this.
I always order the cookie tote! If you don't know what the secret menu is, I highly recommend you look it up! Strongly recommend
