We order the gelato with no custard . My piña Colada was a tiny bit too sweet The açaí with strawberry was no so bad
The ice cream, coffee drinks and milkshakes were excellent!! Clean!!! Customer service was very good! THIS IS A MUST TRY PLACE!!!!
Had a great experience at Rita’s, it was right on the beach and had convenient parking. The stores inside was a little dirty, and run down, however we did come towards the end of the day so that may have been a factor. The custard and gelatos were phenomenal, so good half of my group couldn’t finish
One girl working and did such a great job Thursday evening while were visiting town ... never been menu was easy to read and understand .. enjoyed out chocolate and strawberry shakes and the island Italian ice was so good I could eat it everyday ... would recommend trying
Friendly staff, great Italian ice and frozen custard. I had a chocolate custard milkshake. It was super tasty!
I was so excited to find a Rita's! We used to have one in Webster/Clear Lake but it closed and I was devastated. Awesome stuff here. We were in line at 9:45 and they close at 10pm. Many lined up behind us. The staff cheerfully got everyone taken care of even as they served a bit past close.
I had a cherry ice that had chocolate soft serve on bottom and top. Wow.
The staff was amazing and very helpful me as it was my first time at a Rita’s! The frozen Gelati refreshing and smooth!

Had seen this place before but wasn't sure about the parking situation; today we happened to park in the Seawall nearby, so we came here. The Florida Orange gelati with vanilla ice cream was a great and tasty treat after being out in the sun. Service was fast and friendly. Glad we came here!
Been hearing about Rita's for years. Found one while driving around the sea wall. And I am glad we stopped. They were out of chocolate but Mango Ice with Vanilla 👍👍👍👍

The young man working on the evening of 9/13 provided excellent customer service! He was genuinely welcoming, and told me he had only been working there for a few days. I wish I had gotten his name, but I hope he is recognized for his wonderful hospitality.

The creamy soft serve ice cream was AMAZING and the slushy was very refreshing. Prices were not bad. I think we spent about $5 a piece
