I was hesitant to try this place out but so glad I did. The food was fresh and delicious, portion was huge, price very nice and the guy working was really nice. I will for sure come back!

Ate at Chilaca Mexican Grill on Holiday Drive and Seawall in Galveston today. Kind of a Freebird World Burrito lite. You can get Burritos, Tacos, Quesadillas, Bowls, or Salads. The prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants and also to Freebird World Burrito. I tried a Chilaca Steak Burrito
It was ok. The guy serving was very helpful and nice. The food was good. It was kind of like chipotle but with a bit more Mexican in it.
We have been there a couple of times and enjoyed it very much. We recommend it and we will go back.
