This absolutely the worst service I have seen. Staff totally ignoring people at the counter.
One man stood for at least 5 minutes not one staff member including the manager acknowledged him. He finally left and went through the drive thru.
While I do understand staffing shortages as this seems to be the reason given for all poor customer service, but it only takes a second to acknowledge someone.

It was very nice. I didn't have to wait not even a minute to give my breakfast order.
I dined in. But found it curious that no trays were available to serve the food.
Other than that. It was a nice visit.

The food quality is to be expected, however the attitude of the employees was horrible. The majority of the male employees feel it's on to let their pants sag so low you can see their underwear ride up their butts, and the management doesn't care enough to correct it and teach these individuals what professional attire means. Additionally, the perverse conversation and amount of profanity coming from the kitchen area was also completely none professional, and very family and especially kid unfriendly. If I was a manager of this facility I would be forced fire alot of people.

Where do I start?? 5 of us standing there waiting for someone, anyone to wait on us but, they were to busy talking. Then the cashier copped an attitude with the first person because he couldn't use the kiosk properly. I watched a sundae melt on the counter because no one announced a customer number for it. And my 5 pc chicken nuggets were barely warm. A day later my son witnessed the guy using a bare hand while putting the fries into a container in which the manager justified it by saying, "he's got 1 glove on."
Won't be going back to that one...

The machine for their frappes is always down I want to go use my app just this morning and of course I clicked on it and then I was told oh we can't make it for you so I just wasted a coupon for nothing the woman was really rude to me and she said well I can't fix it myself in a really angry voice you really should consider getting better employees here

Manager working on shift earlier today was rude and very rushed. Was going to go back tonight for my mom and called at 10:30 the same manager told me they closed at 11 but were already closed at 10:30 then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and asked if they closed at 10:30 or 11 and she interrupted me and said we are closed and hung up on me again. I called again to speak to management in disgust with the poor customer service skills. Main St McDonald’s should be ashamed to call someone like that their manager. She was so rude I will not ever return I would rather drive across town then be treated like that!

Absolutely horrible food and service. The only good part of our experience this evening was the drive-thru employee that took our order. Went in to get the small fries we were shorted and said something to an employee about my medium fry being half full and she just walked away from me. Stood there for 3-5 minutes before I was acknowledged again by an employee from the back. Finally got our shorted small fry and got my medium topped off and home we went. Opened my burger and it was horrible. Bun was stale and fell apart, meat was hours old, and the amount of ketchup that was on this thing was enough to make a dozen cheeseburgers. Also the fries were not consumable unless you love lots and lots of salt. I am mostly disgusted because Mc Donald’s was my first job and I took so much pride in my work, treated every customer like I would want to be treated, and just felt blessed to have a job at 14 years old. I do not want a free meal or to get anyone in trouble. I JUST WANT YOU TO TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO AND KNOW THAT IF YOUR CUSTOMER IS UNHAPPY AND DOESN’T SPEND THERE HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT YOU WON’T HAVE A JOB TO GO TO… Please just take a moment and think about others too and would you want your Mom or Dad treated that way when they go out to eat.. Treat every customer and transaction like it is you or your family and give others the experience you want to have.. that is all.
