Repeated poor service, messed up orders and old food. You definitely won't be having it your way. Making complaints is just a waste of energy. If you want fresh, tasty Burger King drive 15 minutes to Monmouth. They have an awesome Burger King.
My last 2 visits they didn't make my order my way. First they said they was outtakes bacon and forgot the ketchup and mayo on all sandwiches. and the second visit they put the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger but not on my Bacon King sandwich. Check your order before leaving
It's always been hit or miss getting my order right with this BK in Galesburg. Despite that, today is the day I write a review after waiting 28 min for 2 orders of chx fries and 1 medium french fry. Order management has to be improved to keep customers. If you have an employee waiting on sandwiches
Love this place. If you need a burger that has flavor, this is the place to go...not the same old burger and all the employees have been very courteous.
Ordered the Big Bundle through the drive up. The staff had to ask several times what was included but got the order correct and were friendly. The food was good and fresh, but lukewarm rather than hot.

No receipt, chicken fingers were old. Manager didn't like that I asked for fresh ones. Not hardly any tarter sauce on fish sandwich.
We sat in the drive through line for over 45 minutes, the staff was rude at both windows, and our food (large fry and 8pc nuggets) was still cold. I definitely won't be back.
