I don't really review places like this because I mean it's fast food. What can you really expect? Since I moved to Galesburg a year ago I think two of my orders may have been right. I’m not one to review places that aren’t local but I’ve been extremely disappointed the last two times I’ve ordered from this location. Last week my husband and I each ordered a 10 piece. We were charged for large fries we didn’t ask for (didn’t ask for large drinks either but they don’t cost more).
Staff cannot figure out how to work computers, manager comes over and tells me I am wrong about an advertised deal despite me showing him the advertisement. His response “I never advertise that” despite the many flags and signs outside showing the advertisement. Nothing but rude employees every time

Did get the order correct and our food seemed to have sat in the warmers too long cause everything was dried out.
Ordered online for curbside pickup. Went inside and found my order just sitting on the counter getting cold. They claimed they didn't know it was a curbside pickup but it was clearly on the receipt that I could read 6+ feet away. Remade fresh fries but no apology for the nearly 20 min wait.
Ordered double quarter pounder and fish sandwich meal for wife. Got on the interstate and opened the bag. The fish fillet and cheese were stuck on the bottom of the box with both sections of the bun on top. Lol. The burger was burnt so bad it was rock hard. Idiots. Nothing edible.
Was not given coupon off price and ordered extra carmel didnt get that either afyer waiting 15 minutes.
