Absolutely love their smoothies, and their food is top notch. It's a small shop, so their food options are somewhat limited, but everything you order is made with care and tastes delicious. Our kids love the white grilled cheese, and I've never gone wrong with a daily special. For a smoothie, I highly recommend the Uptown Funk!

I don't leave low ratings for hours. I leave low ratings for poor service and mediocre, overpriced food. The service is incredibly slow and rude. I waited an embarrassing amount of time for one drink and then an embarrassingly longer amount of time for one sandwich. The drink was fine - nothing special, not bad. The sandwich was something I could have made at home in five minutes. It would have been fine if it was $3 and ten minutes of my life, but I waited literally almost an hour. I understand bad days and busy times happen. This problem seemed beyond that. I'd be happy to return and try again, because I have heard good things about the drinks and I believe in second chances. I'll just be very careful to check for a line and grumpy faces first.

I just discovered this place today and I have to say I am very pleased so far. I am a chef so I always nitpick about anywhere I get food and nothing ever seems to be what I want. I have no complaints whatsoever today! The smoothie and the food were perfect! My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. GloBar will be my new go-to every week. Thank you so much to one of the best additions to Galesburg's community and to the people doing a fantastic job!
