Best pizza I’ve had so far in this area. I’ve tried a lot of pizza places in the mystic/Groton area. Perfect crust, good sauce and it’s cooked to the perfect crispness ❤️❤️

Fireside pizza is my favorite place to get pizza. I always have a great experience there and the pizza is phenomenal. I've brought people there who had never been and they also said that they loved it. If I want pizza, I go to fireside.

If you love pizza made in a wood fire brick oven, this is the place to go. Pizza is cooked to perfection. The wait staff is very attentive to make sure your experience is top notch. They also make their own bread both traditional and flat. Sandwiches are top notch. You have to go to experience the excellent taste of their awesome creations.

Two stars. There is essentially no dough to this pizza. I ordered the grand canyon, no onions, and some garlic bread. The BBQ chicken was very dry, and the taste of the sauce was almost sickly sweet. The garlic bread was basically a fried tortilla that had some butter and garlic on it. Again, disappointing. When you bite, it's all crunch, or some very mild sog. I'm not likely to order again, as clearly this is not my type of pizza/place. It's... Pretty darn disappointing of an experience overall, which is such a shame because the staff are really friendly, and the delivery was so quick.

Don't believe the hype. Average at best

I defy you to find better pizza anywhere around here. Wood fired pizza that tastes like it came from Bostons' North End. Creative menu, great food, friendly service and an excellent beer menu.

So the delivery person just left and we took the first bite out of our pizzas and I can’t say enough how awesome the pizzas were. We have tried four other places in the area since moving here in November and this is by far the best. We have no reason to try any other place after having this. We got the Zion and just a classic pepperoni. The Zion will now be my new fave.

One of our favorite restaurants! Stephanie and her staff are wonderful and very accommodating. We have some dietary restrictions in our family, and there has never been a problem modifying a dish or sandwich to make it fit our needs. The pizza is delicious, and the array of options to choose from is huge.

When we first moved to Connecticut in February, we were obsessed with Fireside pizza. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the owner is a sweet, down to earth, woman who was very welcoming to us. I don't know what is happening there now, but everything has progressively gone down hill. I have given Fireside plenty of opportunities to redeem, but I think the current staffing is running the business down. The food we order is always either incorrect or luke warm. If you tell me to be there in 15 minutes to get my pizza and I'm there on time, it should be hot. I live 5 minutes up the road. I'm sorry to say this, but I think it's time to take business elsewhere. I still think the owner is amazing, but her staff needs more training.

The food is good but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We had to return a pizza because it had cheese on it. We forgot to tell them no cheese--we are both lactose intolerant. We never forget but tonight we did. At checkout the owner charged us for the full amount of the cheese pizza plus the pizza we really ate! Did not even cut charge in half for our mistake. Seeing that we are repeat customers, many times, that was poor customer relations. We were very disappointed and probably will not return.

Loved very #Allureing and clean, fresh products � I highly recommend it, the owner very welcoming the staffs is oky they can try to work hard as the owner really hard working person

My husband and I have pizza every Friday at Fireside. The owner, Stephanie is always friendly and takes time out to chat with us and the staff is wonderful! This is definitely the best pizza around.

Completely Burnt pizza, so disgusting they should be ashamed that they even let it leave their restaurant...

I had a delicious meal off of the Ideal Protein menu- chicken with spinach, mushrooms, and broccoli seasoned with garlic and tarragon! It was absolutely amazing and seasoned perfectly! I'm definitely going back!!

I ordered a peperoni pizza and it did have all of 10 pieces on it. There was a piece that only had a half of a piece on it. When I opened it up, I had to take a picture I was so shocked. It did taste ok. But we were hungry.

The food is good but they've managed to screw up my last three orders by giving me the wrong food/food being made wrong/leaving parts of it out entirely. Wait staff wasn't on their A game. Person who took our order over the phone was rude. Like I said, the food is good but it's not cheap & I don't like that I have an issue every time I order it.

Delicious! We have a new favorite place. The fireside bites, a must have!
