I don't come to this location very often at all, but Brian made this visit really great. He was very welcoming, super-friendly and informed me about the drink membership promotion. Our short interaction put a smile on my face and brighten my day. I appreciated it!

Quality food at reasonable prices. Nice menu options for breakfast and lunch. Always lots of seating The fresh baked bread and bagels are wonderful. Coffee is great.

I feel like it should be rated on the Panera scale. In terms of Panera's, it's a four. The food is fine but nothing special, the service is fine but nothing special. It looks kind of like an older Panera concept where it's a little dark inside and there's carpeted floor. Everything I get from here I feel like I could make it home probably better but it's convenient. Without understanding, I would go here on occasion or when it's convenient on the way home. Also, their curbside game is pretty hit or miss, and pre-ordering it this location means you have to go in and ask for food at the bakery counter. I have not had any luck on the pickup wall in some time.

Made an order on mobile app. Parking was very easy in the shopping center, even during the lunch hours on a weekday. Arrived five minutes after the promised time. Could not find order on the Rapid Pick-Up shelves, but had to ask the staff at the front desk for it. The Half Fuji Apple Salad and Chicken in the You Pick Two had many ingredients. The Chicken Tikka Masala Soup was a little too salty. The Fuji Apple Cranberry charged the day.
