Very slow and rude ...weve been sitting here for 20 min for a bag of ice and a small pickle fry...ok they just got here and she set her tray on our hood to hand us our stuff...horrible!!!
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium shake as well as large mozzarella sticks. Not only did it f****** take 35 minutes to get my order, but they also gave me 6 sticks (medium size) instead of 8 (large). Extremely disapoiting.
What's wrong with this Sonic on California Street in Gainesville, TX???? They weren't busy, only three vehicles when I was there when I order a drink ONLY. Waited 10 minutes, got back on intercom. They told me to give them a few more seconds. After five minutes still no drink.
This use to be a good Sonic but it seems they have a lot of new people and they are very very slow now i waited 20 minutes just to get waited on and they brought me tater tots instead of fries after waiting another 15 minutes to get the order.
It depends on what sonic you go to.... i feel the on California Street is the better one.
