They redid the inside and they've taken away the drink machines straws etc. You have to ask them for refill at the counter and they're never at the counter. You have to place your order off of this new menu board thing. The dining room is half the size it used to be. The TV is gone. Took them forever to get our dine in order and when we received it everything was cold. 2 of the 4 burgers were made wrong.

Careful going between midnight and 1 am. Cash only and no mobile orders from about 1215 to 1245ish. Also my burger was slapped together and looks like they used a whole bottle of mayo on my burger. I said add mayo not extra extra mayo.

Amazing food, the fries are my favorite with a 20 piece chicken nugget. Some times through the drive through they won't give you the sweet n' sour sauce. Still good I can't give a 5 star because they mess up your order somewhat often.

I'm not paying 15$ for 4 large fries,I was grilling and wanted fries...But not for that price. I drove on through,got fries at the dollar tree for a 1.29, and put them in the air fryer that I took outside. I know things are going up...But they are just potatoes after all and it's suppose to be convenient for us. Thanks anyway Mickey D,I'll start cooking at home.

Went thru the drive thru tonight, haven't been in a about a year till here lately since they have issues over the last year getting my burgers wrong. And it's not even a difficult order. I just ask for a QP/CHEESE but no cheese please. Three consecutive visits it came out wrong so I quit going .. tonight, same order, I got bread and meat.... That's it.... No ketchup, onion, pickles, nothing.... Basically plain and dry. It wasn't even busy or late. Lobby closed and empty,I was one of 3 cars in the drive thru. And forget trying to call, I tried 3 times and no one would answer it would just ring ten or fifteen times then beep and stop... Guess I'll have to stop going again. That was 9:50 p.m. on May 11, 2022

If I could give it no stars I would. This is now the 5th time I have gone here and the 5th time they have gotten my order completely wrong. Except this time, they got my order wrong 3 times in a row with me standing there telling them exactly what they got wrong each and every time. Will never go back to this McDonald's ever again. Beyond fed up with wasting my money on a place that doesn't listen and doesn't give you the correct food that is clearly printed on the receipt.

Came in off the road after driving for 2 hours stopped to use the restroom and get some food. It was 7:54 at night. Door was unlocked and an employee held open the door for us. We went into the bathroom, and another employee in another stall said very rudely. "The lobby is closed, and that includes the bathroom" my friend had already sat down. I told her well she's already sitting down so she's gonna go ahead and use it. No sign stating the lobby was closed. Terrible customer service.

Me: Orders a large sweet tea. Pays $1.08 Dude 2nd window: Hands drink to me. Me: Takes drink, asks NICELY for a straw. Dude 2nd window: (With an extreme attitude, tone, and rolling eyes) Umm it's in the bag ma'am! (Hands bag full of food to me). Me: (Snatches bag full of food from Millennial) Oh well silly me, I didn't order food so I didn't think you were handing me a BAG with JUST A STRAW IN IT! Dude: Oh. Uh. Umm what did you order? Me: A large sweet tea without that attitude you just gave me. Dude: Umm. (Rolls eyes again!) Ok can I have the bag back? Me: (Laughs). No. But you can have a great rest of your day working a McDonald's drive thru window ya little...... WTF is wrong with people! SN: I don't think less of anyone for any job they hold, ever, but I'll spotlight it when you're rude as hell. Mind you, when he gave me my drink, he didn't address me and was literally turned around talking and laughing too and just stuck his arm out of the window not saying ANYTHING, even after I, the customer, said thank you to him. #NotTodayNotTomorrowEither #Its108Degrees

So I just went to McDonald's and tried to get my wife a medium ice coffee with milk and no sugar. It comes out the window sweeter than I want my coffee. I go in and explain to a teen girl what happened and put the iced coffee on the counter. She turns around, pours a small hot coffee and tries to hand it to me. I said "No, it's an iced coffee, like this right here." And point to the coffee. She goes and makes a small iced coffee. I put that cup next to the cup I had brought in. She takes an attitude saying I had said it was medium and she made a medium. Is it really that hard to copy what you see? #mcdonalds #coffee #unhappy

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! When taking an order it's not "What Do You Need" or "What Can I Get You"!!!! This associates need Customer Etiquette Training badly!!! Secondly, when I pay for my meal, I should not have to see 5 hickies on a neck!! That just did my appetite in!!! It's like we are reduced to ordering from Thugs. You can be anything you want to be in life, thuggish, have an attitude, but when you enter that store, your attitude should automatically change!! Think of it as acting! DUH!
