Waiting in drive thru for 33 minutes gaining 3 spaces. I understand it was 1240 pm but that was unacceptable to me. We chose to go elsewhere for lunch

Good quantity food. The lot of place is available for dine in.. Waiting time is little more.. We ordered chicken meal, big zax snack meal and spicy fried mushrooms.. The sandwich we got in chicken meal is soggy..Lot of place us available for parking.

Here from Florida restoring power after Zeta the day before Halloween. We were in the parking lot because the dining area was closed and we can’t get our bucket truck in the drive thru. We were greeted by a very nice woman who took our order in the parking lot and delivered our food and would not let us pay. Thank you for making us feel so appreciated. And the food was great too

Ordered a chicken finger plate and side of fried mushrooms. Sat in a super long line. (Which is fine) when I received the food I just paided 13$ for I go to open up my mushrooms, and they are so soggy and limp. The breading was just wet and falling off every time I tried to pick it up. Not hard to make sure your food isn’t soggy. Couldn’t eat them.

Best Zaxby’s I have ever been to. It was so clean, fast and friendly service, great space, tons of room, great food as usual, and the aesthetic is really pretty. See the photos! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

I live their general tso's chicken. Totally worth the money. I used to never come here until this. I really hope it stays as menu item

I wish I could have put zero stars, let me talk about the service here. First we ordered through curb-side pickup the time the food should have been ready was at 7:59 PM. An hour later and we are still waiting for our food. We’ve called several times and I’m pretty sure they recognize the number and stopped picking up.
