Review Supermercado Los 3 Hermanos - Gainesville

Wonderful little market! Produce is fresh, prices are affordable and the employees are nice. Being literate in Spanish is a plus in the meat department, but they understand well enough to get you what you want. Loved it!♥️

I come to this location at least twice a week because I live on 129 and they have the best tacos burritas around however I came up here yesterday and ordered my usual order paid $15 for it with my drink got home ate one taco and drink my drink and two of my tacos had hair in them. I immediately tried to call them and get the situation rectified but no one on the phone could understand me because they all spoke Spanish and said they could not understand me I live all the way in town hall so that's almost 20 minute drive for me to come back so I waited to the next day when I was coming back from work and passing the restaurant I came in explain to them what happened showed them a photo and even though I am a loyal customer to spends more than $60 here a month they chose not to do anything for me to rectify the situation. So now I'm out $15 as well as I'm out the food when clearly I'm a bright red-headed girl and there were two small black hairs in my tacos. You would think a restaurant would realize that one or two tacos to make up for mistake was worth more than losing a customer that's been so much money here however they chose to treat me poorly they chose to treat me badly because I couldn't speak Spanish and they chose to treat me horribly and I usually tip my server at least $15 every time I come in here even though I only eat alone. Talk about a disappointment and a loss of a good customer.

The food is delicious. Tacos De Birria are 🔥‼️ Only complaint is the service is a little slow. I would recommend.

I have the best menudo here in Gainesville the only thing is that they don't put any hominy in menudo but I ask them to put some from their pozole and it was very delicious thank you

The food is fine, but they shouldn’t assume Americans can’t speak Spanish...it’s quite a simple language. Hearing the “restaurant” cashier talk about me to a fellow patron (while I’m ordering) isn’t something I appreciate. Won’t be back, or order take out for my coworkers again.

Good selection of products, sometimes the people at the counter are not interested in customer service. The meats are expensive but the guy with the big mustache always gives very nice cuts of products that is the reason for a 4 star instead of the 3 star.

I can't actually recommend this place. Very seedy area! Bad parking! Dangerous on entrance and exit !!! I will not be back. Sorry folks 🤠
