I am so disappointed in Little Ceaser’s. I had to wait ONE hour for 2 pizzas. The cashier kept telling me 5-10 more minutes then he came back and said they messed up my order and I had to wait longer then when I spoke to the manager on my way out - she apologized for the wait and said we gave you a free cheese pizza. I honestly should have been refunded for the long wait. People were in and out and nobody seemed to really care that I waited for so long. Next time I will not pay first for my pizzas until I received them cause I would have honestly left it there. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah yes by far the number 1 cheapest and fastest pizza. Little Ceasars offers quick and good pizza. In a way, if you need something, they got it. Most of the times you can depend on a quick lunch from this location ; but sometimes, this place has a long wait time. It's totally understandable reason being this place is busy all the time. Also, they are sometimes underemployed. The customer service could be better for some of the employees just look dead inside. I have only had a few problems here where I have received the wrong order. So just be aware that if you are going to order from here, they might mess something. Every time I go, the floor is also very dirty, and the windows are nasty.

This is the second time I have ordered two extra most bestest pizzas and stood (because there are no chairs) and waited for them; only to get home and see that there isn't even the amount of pepperoni on them that should be on a regular pizza much less extra which I paid for. So they got their money and I got way less than I paid for. Once was okay, maybe it was a mistake.. But twice, no, they are cheating people and getting paid for it. I won't be back unless things change and I will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Worst little Caesars restaurant I've ever been too! Not only did my husband and I have to wait over 30 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be hot and ready, but when we finally got our good, we realized they did not give us what we ordered. So we take it back inside, only to be told that they cannot give it to us how we ordered it! Which is bullcrap! Guess what! When someone orders a cheese pizza and you give them pepperoni, they bring it back to get the correct pizza they ordered and you tell them you can't do that, that's PURE LAZINESS! Rude MFers! Excuse the language, but come on! Get it together folks! On the phone with corporate right now as we speak!!!!!

They have their good workers and then there are the bad ones. I guess I picked the bad ones today. My pizza was over cooked. Crust really hard to chew. Cheese burnt. The little Caesars on browns bridge is better.

This place can't help but be terrible. Employees have no idea how to communicate with other humans. Don't bother asking for your thin crust to be cut in triangles; too hard of a concept for them to grasp. Shame there's not another closer to me. After the second failed attempt on the same visit to cut the pizza in triangles, this is what I came home to. Really??!!??
UPDATE: Since the rough start, I visited this store many times with the same special order. They got to know me and were super friendly and my special order was a running joke. Staff has changed several times, but they're still cool.

I don't even want to give a single star...I placed an order online, 30 minutes later got the email saying the order was ready (within the estimated timeline...) And 20 minutes after that I am still in the store waiting for my order. This has happened other times and I am seriously done with this location. They are horrible. (Still waiting btw....)

Horrible customer service . Girl working the register was rude and acted like it would kill her to crack a smile. I Asked how long of a wait it would be for crazy bread and was told that they didn’t serve it after 2pm ? Then ordered just a plain pizza (one of the “hot and ready”) and wasn’t told there would be a 35 minute wait. Never again!
