Got there tonight at 8:47. They refused to serve us because they closed in 13 minutes at 9pm. Management needs to be aware. I wonder how many other sales other than our order your location is missing out on due to your employees unprofessionalism. 🤔 During a pandemic especially you would think businesses would not want to miss out on any potential revenue. Just my .02 cents from someone that has been in customer service for over 25 years.

Every time i go there the food staff and vibes are second to no other deli in gainesville Florida they have been here for along time and i haven't ate a better club sandwich and plus my mom loved the spuds and nachos

Another sadly has changed with their quality of food. My spud max was cold and dry... several things has been taken off their menu. My husband did say that his chili was still the same and very good. Not worth paying over 25.00 for this mediocre food. We will not be returning.

Anything with potatoes is 💯 Mac n' cheese topped with shredded cheese. Chipotle chicken and bacon spud. Delish!

I just want to give Max (Manager) and his team do such an amazing job with this location. I have eaten here for years and I can’t say enough good about it. The attention to detail, personal recommendations, and over the top customer service is something to brag about. The food was perfect, and the store was very clean. It’s so refreshing and rare to come to a restaurant, this day in age, and have an entire staff that is warm and friendly, with excellent food as well. Thank you for such a great experience. My family of 5 will keep coming back!

This location always serves un fresh, cold soup, hot sandwiches were cold and some of the meat was raw. The Mac n cheese was cold. Only the drinks were good. From now on we will only go to the location on Newberry Road because the service and food are better.

The food was good. The bathroom and restaurant was dirty. The men's room soap dispenser was broken and off the wall. They sell you a drink in a plastic solo cup with a paper straw... SMH.

Made an online order and went to pick up was made to wait in line (honestly the slowest service I’ve ever seen) to pick up order then was informed that something I ordered online they were out of. then went to eat my food that I did get and the veggie sandwich I ordered was pathetic it was the worst 1 I have ever gotten from them no avacado and half the sandwich only had spinach the rest of the toppings were piled on 1 side.will probably just go elsewhere from now on

Amazing chicken salad sandwiches! No complaint once so ever! The fresh bread made daily beats any chain resturaunt for lunch. Plus, a handmade chicken salad sandwich for only $4?? You can't beat it. Also, inside has a nice homey small town, mom and pop feel to it and the staff is super friendly. It's a must.

We stopped in for our first time today....roast beef sandwiches were awesome and really good sweet tea! Nice and quick service! We will certainly eat here again and try other items on the menu!!

I had a saugage biscuit for breakfast and had to have the chicken salad sandwich for lunch. This was truly AWESOME!!!!!!! The food is delicious and the people are so nice. If you want great food at wonderful prices, go check them out.
