What could be wrong? It's a Five Guys with fantastic food. The service has always been pretty good from my end. Only complaint is you'll tend to find yourselves cleaning your own table to sit at.
The food never lets me down; it's always delicious. The associates are always friendly and the store clean. I do wish there was a baby changer in the bathroom, though.
