Showed up today to get some sandwiches for my wife on Mother’s Day. We showed up at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before they are supposed to close. We got greeted with “You have five minutes to order and you can’t eat in here”. I understood we were not going to eat there since they closed soon, but I didn’t feel it was necessary to say. Then got told the ovens were already off, so we couldn’t order sandwiches. What’s the point of saying you open till 7pm when you really aren’t. Don’t recommend going to this place to deal with rude people

So the food was good but the service is terrible. Not very friendly and you basically have to beg them to do their job. Really could benefit from having some improved customer service skills. My friend did not get her food as she ordered and when she took it back to the counter the lady remarked, "Ohh well."

I placed an order on door dash at 11:30. I get lunch at 12:30pm. The door dasher waited for my order more than 30 min. They lady told him she couldn't give an eta on the order b/c she worked in the front. I called to see and she cut me off was rude and said she had several catering orders in front of mine. However on the order they gave me 20 mins max waiting time. I will probably not order from them again.

Food is "good," however, this is the SECOND time I've ordered (online) in the past month and a half where they did NOT get my order right. I tried to call about the error with my sandwich last time, and couldn't get anyone to answer. THIS time, I though I'd order a salad - can't mess that up, right? wrong. Ordered the "Turkey Avacado Cobb Salad" and they forgot to add the Avacado and egg.... my boss didn't get what she ordered either. I understand lack of staff can make things difficult, but you need to update your website/menu and take more care when making orders. I did not receive what I PAID for. Took many many calls for mgr. to answer, and she said to "come back and she would give me credit" for it (but she didn't ask for my name or give me hers..?) I don't know...bit of a zoo here...

Great sandwich shop located near Gainesville Square. Clean, well ran establishment. I always get the original on sourdough bread, it’s very flavorful with hot sauce on top. Outdoor seating available, that does have shade

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Called the store ahead to see if we could use Tmobile Tuesday Cinnabon coupon. The man grumbled "Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon were affiliated and that the coupon could be used." Okay, cool cool. We show up and order and let him know that we had coupons and I went to scan and it didn't work. To this request he stated rudely "I only have 4 left for the day." (He wasn't making more even if I had asked and it was only about 5 pm) So I proceeded to ask if there was any way he could do them manually.. He caught an attitude and stated that there wasn't anything he could do. After practically begging, he finally agreed to give us them for the rate at which the coupon stated.
After receiving the items, I asked "why did you have to be so rude about it when we asked you and called ahead?" To this, he replied "I am the assistant manager and I don't have to listen to you." I have worked in customer service and the restaurant business for 5 years and this was one of the worst experiences I have had for doing absolutely nothing wrong. He seemed like he hated his job and took it out on his customers.

Terribly disappointed- I wanted a classic club sandwich, but NOOO, gotta order what's on the menu and for a deli- that should be there. Sweet tea was watered down and not sweet at all...I could go on and on but I won't go back
