Swiss mushroom was old and cold. So old the swiss cheese had already turned translucent. Crisp onion were burnt to a dark color or maybe that was because the burger itself was was old. Disgusting and a waste of money and time.

I am FURIOUS!!!!I visited this particular location and waited patiently for my order. MY fries were cold and tasted as though they had been sitting in cooking oil for a long period of time. The cashier was completely unprofessional the entire experience. She then began to antagonize me as I waited for a fresh order of fries. My fries were done and I immediately got out of there. I get to my car and open the bag and its completely the wrong order. At this point throw the ENTIRE MCDONALD'S AWAY

The cashier was rude and not friendly. The state of the tables was dirty. The drink station was sticky. The manager was polite and trying to get things fixed but he was busy. Then the cashier tried to refuse my order, manager got into them. Then cashier tried to charge me more. Then the cashier made me wait until everyone behind me had their order taken and completed and then they finally got my cheeseburgers only together. Good help is hard to find. I hope they find better help.

They had just opened, so while it took a few minutes to get my food, it was well worth it. The steak Bagel was perfectly seasoned, and fresh, and the hashbrowns hot. Very well done!!

In this place work a wonderful boy with a beautiful voice, he is really really amazing!!! But When he was literally delighting us with his voice the manager of the place began to yell at him and threaten him without any reason! This kind of thing is unacceptable and needs to be checked!! That boy don’t deserve that....

The wait for my food was way to long they didn't get my order right to begin with and my chicken wrap was burnt. Staff seems more interested in talking to each other than cleaning the nasty tables and floors.

The service was terrible. The staff was literally cracking jokes and dancing around instead of working....it took 15 mins for a single order of large fries.....not to mention the first order was wrong....just very unhappy with the service and even more so with the level of professionalism....food could have been better as well.

I ordered light mayo and light mustard on my sandwich and yet they drenched it. there was so much on it that it was oozing out and dripping out whenever I would take a bite of my sandwich. The area around and including the beverage bar was a mess.

Very very slow service for a place without a drive through and the combos are actually more expensive than buying all the items separately.

Worst service ever, I have had pizzas delivered faster, 35 minutes waiting on food which then had to be remade as part of the order was cold.
