This is a great subway. they have some great employees there. I have also started ordering ahead through the app and my sandwich is ready when I walk through the door. So Easy!

The young lady was amazing, I had three separate orders and she was by herself and she took care of all her customers with a smile. I let a couple customers ahead of me since they had single orders and I had three and I was in no hurry. We need more like her in this world.

Salads are smaller but cost the same. Saying that the ingredients are fresh & the person who made it was very friendly.

I got the pizza sub and it just blew away my expectations. I thought it'd taste like a piece of bread with pepperonis in the middle but it tastes like a pizza. 5 stars for sure.

I attempted to buy breakfast sandwiches from the 23rd Street location in Gainsville. It was 9:15 am on Labor day (today). The lights were on. The OPEN sign was illuminated. The door said open ON Monday at 9am. The internet Google search stated open 9am. The doors were locked and the female employee was looking at me from inside. I knocked and she looked up and disappeared and never came to the door. Poor customer service! At the very least she should have responded with an explanation and SubwY owners should make the public aware of changes to opening times. Guess another restaurant will get my business from now on.

I get subway quite often (I'm kind of addicted to the bfast sandwiches). Audrey that works here alone most Sat/Sunday mornings does such an amazing job. She's always friendly and remembers my order.

Set up perfectly for COVID distancing. My sandwich as usual was delicious. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and wearing masks and gloves. Safe, great place for food.
