Food was great, exactly what my family needed that day.
The extra 10 minutes wait from the online scheduled pickup time with zero communication from the staff was not. No greeting, no acknowledgment to myself or the 2 other people that came in behind me waiting on the same thing with their phones out ready to show, and that was the manager at the counter. 5 words to any person in line and better communication and encouragement to his staff would have changed the situation dramatically. This was not a meal rush situation and there were only 3 cars in line outside.

The food was mid. The lady at the drive through forced me to wait in line 3 times to get my food for absolutely no reason whatsoever. When I told her I was confused, she insulted me directly. Recommend you eat elsewhere.

It’s a KFC but bless their hearts… the food is as bland as you can imagine. The owners franchise the spot and cool the food, they’re not good cooks.

Rude, absence of service, slow. Did I mention rude. Chowdhury; what a big name for small people. Go back to Bangladesh. I'm sure Harlan is rolling in his grave to see his vision disgraced with your management model. I wish I could give less than one star!

Just start off is Ready Clean very nice people at the register and the end in the back the only thing I didn't like Google said it was all you can eat and it was not all you can eat and that was the main reason we went there but overall it was a good experience and the food was great.

Wow size of this chicken sandwich is absolutely great. Bigger than the spinach man or the cow place. I'm hooked. Taste was awesome.. Like Arnold, I'll be back✌👍

If I could give no stars I would, this place is disgusting an the manager is rude , yesterday my brother went to kfc an got a famous bowl , started eating only to find out hair was in his food, went back there an the manager was very rude , didn’t care an made it seem as if he didn’t buy the famous bowl there ! Shame
