Hook Fish & Chips - Gainesville - Photo album

I enjoyed every bit of this platter 3 days and still didn't finish. My only complaint they didn't season the fish, and only received one hot sauce. There may be a wait, they cook to order so your food is fresh! I don't like having to pay 3.5% for using a debit card,so I'll have cash when I return. De
My favorite place to eat seafood 😋 😍 They give a huge plate of food!!
This place has some really good food and they always pile it high especially if your a big eater. This only thing I don't like about hooks is that sometimes they don't fry your food long enough. But other than that I recommend you try it out
This is yet another GNV food hub that I enjoy, Decent seafood (fish fan), but need more Coleslaw!! Get the recipe from KFC! 😂 Been going there since they took over the building from Churches Chicken / many, many moons ago. (miss Churches also) Prices were fair at first, but the last year has surely
I am very disappointed in my food today. Quality of Hooks food has changed. Spent 30$ and waiting over 30 minutes and food was cold and cooked hard. Thier food used to be seasoned and plentiful with dressing ( no ketchup, etc). Very disappointed 😞
I give this place a 5 because the food is good, but because your building is in the hood part of town doesn't mean the building have to look like it is , I am sure the owner makes well over enough to make this spot a better looking place, for everyone...and even him self.
The food is alright. Sort of disappointing as I remember Hook’s being much better at the Deerfield location I was going to. Not sure if it has changed overtime or the management is lacking. Either way, not the worst place for lunch.
Just recently moved to the area and i was in search of some country cooking. (Liver) Not only was it fresh but their serving sizes are definitely worth the money. I will definitely be coming back.
