Trash on the outside table in front of store, food spilled on the ground by front door. No "welcome to Moe's" when we enter the store and employee seemed bothered to take our order, Rushed to order when we were the only ones in line. I don't understand how a tip is expected!

Food and service was excellent! CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!! TABLES, COUNTERTOPS, BATHROOMS, FLOORS!!! Nothing was wiped, garbage overflowing. And they were not busy, and had a full staff. Mostly just stood around and talked to each other.

Went in to pick up a mobile order for a delivery service. Manager said they turned the machine off and no longer accept online orders.
Maybe they could let the delivery services know so the drivers don't waste their time and customers don't wait for nothing.
Store was clean and manager used an acceptable tone. Wasn't rude and that's why they get 4 stars instead of 3.

I arrived to the restaurant last night at 9:30 pm and there was already a long line of customers waiting. More customers were coming into the store and the staff seemed very short staffed. One employee was working the register and another was working the line and grill. the employee that was taking the orders was busy making the pick up/deliver orders. After 20 min they called someone from the kitchen to help out. The employees were not only visibly frustrated from being understaffed but were all very vocal about it as well. They announced the store would be then be closing in 10 min. The also informed everyone that they were out of items like cheese, guacamole, sour cream and pinto beans. The barely had enough queso for orders as well. I'm not mad at the employees, but I am upset at the company. If you are that short staffed then offer better pay to retain employees and get new ones. You can't say that your business is not making a profit. With the amount of people arriving last night to this location is evident that they are very popular.

Its really good, customer service was amazing and the food quality was very good. However I can't help but say that for the price you might be better off with Chipotle as its tastier for about the same price. At least you do not have to wait in long lines for your food so if time is an issue this is a great alternate option to Chipotle. Its definitely healthier than taco bell and other fast foods and feels more satisfying flavor wise. If they lowered the price just a tiny bit to match the flavor this place would be better than 90% of fast food.
