I'm rating their cleanliness. We've recently been to 3 Paneras in 3 different states and their tables were always dirty. I think Panera is short staffed. I see workers busy working. Panera doesn't hire enough staff to keep their place clean.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Panera. The food was prepared quickly and tasted very good. I love this setup and the Ambiance of the restaurant. The employees were very friendly and whenever we told one of them that their coffee was cold, she went into the kitchen and brewed us another pot!
I know Panera is just glorified, frozen hospital food, but it’s popular. This restaurant is overcrowded and understaffed. There’s no reason it should’ve taken 20+ minutes to get a single sliced bagel that wasn’t even toasted (it’s not as fresh as they’d like you to think).
