Review Burgerfi - Gainesville

This place serves such delicious food. I am a vegetarian so I don’t find a lot of options in Gainesville for me. But this place has a Vegefi burger which is just amazing! If you’re a vegetarian, you should definitely give it a try. I also tried Ghirardelli chocolate custard shake and fries along with onion rings. They were amazing too. You should definitely give this place a try!

I must have walked in at the wrong time. They told me they were not accepting orders for about 10-15 minutes they were backed up in the kitchen with some large orders. Honestly I appreciate them being open and honest and decided to stay. I got the chicken, fries and onion rings with 3 sauces (they charge for each sauce .57 cents) The chicken was deep fried and crispy. I honestly expired the fries to be really crispy by the look of them but they were a little soggy they do go well with fi sauce. The onion rings had a crisp to them and had nice piece of onion inside. Overall a pleasant fast food fining experience.

Staff was really nice and friendly. Burger came out really fast!!!That was clean and great restaurant! This burger is similar to better burger but Burgerfi is expensive more than. I would go better burger🥲

It's always good, no matter which city we go to eat it. The staff always have good attitudes, friendly and helpful. One team member was especially helpful with the side machine, teaching my son how to use the contactless option if he wanted. The place proved clean and well functioning with their processes to get out orders and pick up. I do wish the fries were more crispy to match that sauce with the parm toppings. Every burger we try, though, has been good without complaints.

BurgerFi sauce in the hamburger is really good. The food comes out quickly and the staff is kind.

The man behind the counter deserves 5 stars. Only thing good I can say- burger,bacon was crispy but Wendy's bacon burger better - I have never been served such limp soggy fries & paid extra for them- unsweet tea--- it looked like tea but had no taste. How clean can the place be if floor is sticky at11:30 am. First & last time

Good burgers! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine which is cool. They also have different fry toppings which are tasty, along with many different burger options. One of my favorite places to get a burger.

I went in today for the first time and I was struggling with what to get. I wish I got the employees name but he has awesome customer service skills and was amazing. The burger was very good, and the fries tasted very fresh. 10/10 would recommend. Wish I stayed in gainsville.

First time there. Loved the menu choices, beer on tap, atmosphere, beer on tap, friendly staff, beer on tap, great tasting food and they even had beer on tap! My new favorite Burger hot spot!!!!

First time at a BurgerFi! Staff was fantastic and food was delicious! Would recommend this place to anyone. Wish we had one closer to us. Will definitely visit again.

Love this place. Go there as often as possible....My fav is the CEO burger....It's pricey but well worth it. When I'm having a bad day or feel like treating myself extra special I order the CEO.....!!!! Everything on the menu is wonderful...!!!!!

So I haven't been to BurgerFi for awhile now ... quality seems to have gone down since they opened. Bun though toasted was noticeable cold. I had the Conflicted burger and the veggie pattie was mush like it hadn't been cooked all the way. The other thing about them is the price of a soda $2.77 and only one size cup (small compared to other places). Granted you can refill but you get that pretty much anywhere. Thankfully I had a $5 certificate.

My wife and I took our kids out to each but didn't want McDonalds....again. so, we had never been to BurgerFi but had always wanted to, so it was a go. We had the Breakfast All Day burger, which, OMG, was delish! Chili cheese fries were on point and the manager walked around giving sample portions of their custard. Man, love this place and will go again.

Wasn’t the best.. I have been to BURGERFI a few times.. I always order the Beyond Burger and a regular fry.. Was very disappointed in the food.. My burger was cold.. Like not cooked all the way.. Almost like a fridge patty cold right in the middle of the patty.. I did not have time to turn around.. So I just took out the cold patty and ate the bun with the lettuce, tomato and onion.. The frys were hit but soggy.. Like if the oil was just not high enough to crisp them.. And they were very soggy with Oil.. I probably would go back again and give the a chance to make a better burger..

The food was awesome, best burger and fries I've had in a long time!! The service was outstanding. It was a bit pricey, $30 for 3 of us, for only 3 burgers, 1 large fries, 2 softdrinks, and a beer, BUT WORTH IT!! =)

You cannot find any better service and so friendly too. It was a pleasure eating here and the food was really good. The Parmesan fries are delicious. The only bad thing I can think of to say is they do have have a chicken sandwich but it's not listed on the menu. I am sure it's a new item but that would have been nice to know.
