20 minutes wait took 45 minutes. Food was very good and huge portion. Free chips and salsa. The fajita was huge that we had leftovers and the tortillas were made fresh and super good. The Elvis Presley was huge and really good. The waiter was very friendly and super on top of refills. Free chips refills. The drink was alright but not worth $12.

This is exceptionally good place. I enjoyed the food with my friend. The view of frames dogs are so awesome. You can literally bring your framed dog and have them hang it on the wall and whenever you go eat, you can seat by it. So lovely. The services are equally good.

Service was a bit all over the place. There were friendly and not so friendly servers. Waited awhile to sit down even though they didn't seem too busy. Probably due to lack of help. Our server was attentive to us at all the wrong times. I got the Chuychanga. It had really great flavors but after biting into it closer to the middle, the chicken was ice cold----just out of the fridge? The server took it back and brought another plate. It was at least warm throughout on the second try. I don't think they know how to prep and cook it properly. It's too bad because I absolutely love Chuy's and was heartbroken when they closed in Tallahassee. I hope they can get it together because I would love for this chain to come back alive.

We stopped by for a quick bite on our way home. I had the Chicka-chicka boom boom. Spicy in all of the right ways. Plated to perfection. And always a great choice. The wife had a chuy changa. Her favorite. If you are around any of their locations it I a must stop and try. I like my Chicka-chicka boom boom extra spicy. Just ask. Our waitress Allison was great and attentive even with many tables. She was working hard and she did a fantastic job.

Ordered the bean burrito with their special sauce. The spice level was medium and the food quantity was a lot. The place has a calm vibe and is a good place to eat with family.

The dog house. I call Chuy’s the dog house because they have cute dog frames all over the restaurant. It is just beautiful to eat and have those dog frames staring at you. However, their food is below average in terms of taste but they serve decent portions. You might also be throw off by their rusted hot plates. The plate was cracked as well and I couldn’t eat the food because I was scared of the rust.

I just got home from dinner at Chuy's. There was a slight mishap in the kitchen and our lovely waitress Katie apologized profusely for the longer wait. To be honest, if she hadn't told us I wouldn't have even noticed a long wait! We still got our delicious food so fast. The manager came over to check on us, and at the end of the meal they surprised us by comping the meal. That was totally unnecessary, but a great feeling on a date night for two college kids who watch the bank. Chuy's is one of our favorite restaurants, with authentic Tex Mex, and we will definitely continue being repeat customers. I will continue recommending this place to all my friends and family for their excellent food, staff, and service!

I will start out with the positive, they have amazing salsa and cool decor. Now the negative and the reason we won't be coming back, We ordered burritos and our waitresses recommend queso for our sauce and said "your burrito comes with a sauce I recommend the queso" we agreed that it sounded good and placed our orders, A few minutes go by and I decied to re-look at the menu and noticed that the queso sauce was not on the list so i asked the waitresses if it was going to be an upcharge and she said "well yeah".. not knowing this when she recommended that sauce to us we asked to switch sauces to one that was free but by this time it was to late and our food was done. I really hate sneaky people & sales tactics they have done this before with sour cream and guac.. and i let it slide. Because of this I will not be back its sad because there food is decent but they way they upcharge without informing is wrong.

My 1st experience..... definitely going back!!!! Loved EVERYTHING about it, from the atmosphere, to the food, and our amazing waitress Yanelis. She was very patient with us and went above with explanations to all our questions. Will be dining again for sure and will request her!

My waitress, Taylor was so kind and sweet. She constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. With the kitchen messing up my order, she apologized profusely and replaced it ASAP. She was funny and is an overall great waitress.

My friend & myself hadn't caught up in a while, so we decided to meet at Chuy's for dinner together. The staff was very friendly & inviting. Food was presented well & was delicious !!! We had the fajitas for two with chicken & steak. The only thing I'd do different next time is stick with just the chicken fajitas. The steak was a little tougher than I like. Overall everything was delicious. I'm also now addicted to there creamy Jalapeño sauce !!!
