Smashburger - Gainesville - Photo album

Went there with my daughter, walked in, went to the register to order our food, and stood there for a few minutes before the cashier came to the counter during that time another couple came in from the side door and took them first. I think that is poor customer service. The food was good. The onio
The 1st time I had went here, I had ordered fries….but they were a bit over cooked and was not too good. Came a few more times and now the fries have gotten better after. Tried their burgers too…was good! Food is clean and yummy.
Food was great as usual! Burgers are never a let down. Onion straws were a bit greasy, but smash fries were on point. Interested in trying their wings next time. Like that they've expanded their menu options. Would like to see more salad options.
Decided on a quick bite while waiting to hit a concert. The food was excellent! The menu options had something for everyone and the seasoned fries were great and the burger was delicious. Prices are a little to the higher side but the food made it more then worth it.
This was my time trying Smashburger. I got it for takeout, but I still was impressed. I got the Bacon Smash Burger with truffle mayo, and it was delicious, even though I’m not much of a burger person. The patty was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back to bring friends when they visit NoVA.
Very clean and nice place. Service was a little slacking. But the burger and tots where great! A little expensive though. I would recommend.
Quick and friendly service. Tasty burgers. Restaurant was a bit on the messy side. Unkept empty tables. But it was better than my last visit, many years ago.
Smashburger is a pretty good burger place. Selections were a little limited, but I got the western and it was good. Fries were also good and the service here was what I expected from a restaurant like this. I would definitly go again, but wouldnt make a special trip.
The food is good. I love Smash Burgers food. The service is getting worse and worse. When I walk up to the counter and the cashier is somewhere else and for a few moments no one is behind the counter and there’s only a few people in the entire place, doesn’t speak and looks visibly unhappy it’s real
This is our family’s favorite place to go for burgers. I have celiac‘s disease and they have wonderful gluten-free options in the best tasting gluten-free bun that I can find.
