The food here is pretty good BUT for its price, I would honestly prefer something else. The portions are definitely a plus because you do get a lot of food. I will also say that the fries are a fantastic side as they are incredibly crispy. The menu does have a few vegetarian options, but I would definitely not count on it; you will mostly be relegated to pizzas. The food is definitely heavy. I personally ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Again, the portion on it is extremely heavy but it is quite greasy. I will say thag the thickness of the chicken was good, as I prefer when it is not too thick. I also tried the pizookies which are better than I had expected. HOWEVER the fountain drinks taste horrible—incredibly metallically, the kind of aftertaste that can only come from poorly cleaned taps. Also, the host snapped at us for her own mistake of not calling our name. Service is definitely not amazing, but to be fair to the servers, we did come in on Saturday when it is busiest.

Came here on a date with my boyfriend and had a great experience before my two week long trip away. The customer service was incredible, we were seated right away and the food was delicious! I got a steak with baked potatoes and of course some delicious pazooki <3

The staff is always amazing here. Food prices are a bit higher than expected for the value/taste but that’s normal. The deserts are awesome.

Being a vegetarian, this is one of the most visited place for me . I have been going to BJ’s for almost 5 years now. I have tried in Houston, San Diego and now in Virginia, None of them disappointed us. This location was also good and kept the BJ's standard. The server patiently took our order and served everything hot.
I usually eat Artichoke dip , vegetarian pizza ( Deep Dish ) , Brussels sprouts and of course theirs brewed beers which are awesome and must try. I usually like there Stouts beer which many won’t like them. But it’s my go to drink if I visit. And finally not to forget pizooki which is their must try desert 🤤

Shannon was such a delight. She served our wedding party, which came in pretty late, with such professionalism, that we left in an elated buzz. Making sure everyone was properly served and enjoying our time at BJ's. I would definitely come again when she is available. Thank you for the wonderful night Shannon.

Great food and service. Very good place to eat, arrived and within 5 minutes we had a table for our large group. The waiter was very well organized and knowledgeable of the menu he answered all our questions and provided all we needed in a quick manner. I will visit this place again for another enjoyable outing with family and friends.

BJs is my husband & I’s date night restaurant of choice, and while we are usually pleased with our experience, tonight we had an outstanding server! Jahlil was helpful, kind, and attentive! My husband and I were really impressed with his service & it really increased our enjoyment of this location!
We had the tri-tip steak & ribs combo, I had it with chili and a salad; my husband with mashed potatoes and a salad. Excellent flavor and the ribs went all the way offfff! Great location & will remain my favorite spot!

We ate there for the first time today. We started with the artichoke dip and it was very good. The burgers were fixed exactly as we ordered them. I only gave 4 stars because the hostess was not friendly or welcoming and wanted to seat us next to a table of young girls though no one else was there. Our waitress only passed our table when taking orders to other patrons. We never received offers for refills on our drinks. I wish I could have given an overall score of 5 stars but service is important too.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I told my waitress I was highly allergic to tomatoes and have Celiacs disease . We received our food not only did they bring my 9 year old a burger that was raw and instead of a side of fries they gave him shredded lettuce and I was still missing my side.
I had to go search for my waitress whom I couldn't find a gentleman had to help me fix my sons meal, after we were given his meal I began eating mine, I started feeling extremely sick I started looking for possible gluten contamination but I end up finding tuns of tomatoes chopped in small pieces in my meal . Not only did I automatically have a allergic reaction to the point where I was sweating, shaking, nauseous and I broke out in hives and had to rush to the near by target for Benadryl.
The waitress had the nerve to tell me
" I'm sorry the people in the back don't know how to read what I clearly wrote "
Allergies are serious and should be taken that way it's not a laughing matter at all.
I had to pay the price for the negligence.

server was slow and got my order wrong. I wanted a mini deep dish pizza and he brought a flatbread pizza. And took a long time to get my cucumbers for my water. Food was great, service sucked.

My family and I come here often and we truly enjoy the ambiance and environment. The booths are super comfy and we especially enjoy the beer selection. The service is wonderful although wait times can be a bit lengthy and ridiculous. We've always had super friendly and attentive servers who always are willing to go out of their way to accommodate. Unfortunately, the food isn't 5-Star worthy BUT I always lower my expectations for chains. I'm not really wowed by anything on the menu and we've ordered a large variety over the years. For a quick meal out, BJs is a good spot to be.

The hostess at the front was rude. She did not greet us when we walked in and it seemed as if we were bothering her. She never smiled. Thank goodness the food was good and our server Robbie was the best.

I never complain but they brought out the appetizer with no plates. My napkin was clearly dirty - used. They brought the food out without the entire order (I ordered Mac and Cheese and they didn’t bring it out - had to ask for it). I ordered coffee and was never asked if I wanted a refill. Horrible service but the food was good.

Was craving the awesome Prime Rib dip sandwich so headed to BJ's and our regular server was managing so she recommended Crystal. Had great service, especially keeping up with our beverage refills!

We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday with friends before heading to a concert. I was happy to hear that you offered a gluten free menu! I have Celiac Disease and must eat gf. It's hard sometimes but restaurants like this make it nice giving us options. Everything was good and our waitress was awesome! We plan to visit the Fredericksburg location tomorrow night because we want to try something different. I would highly recommend this restaurant on anyone!

Server was nonexistent most of the time, silverware was dirty, & my boyfriend's meal was unacceptably made . we had to wait 20 minutes after I was done eating for his new meal which was also incorrect . After all that they just took off his soda . The dessert earned 2 stars, but I won't be returning .

when you order a tavern cut Italian market pizza, it come only 3/4's with toppings, it is like eating crackers. And when I was in the brewhouse today, dirty tables were not being cleaned off, I doubt, my return will be soon at all! Dirty tables speaks to the cleanness of the establishment! This was in Corpus Christi, TX.
